Position Summary:
The Instrument Builder plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by assembling, testing, and verifying instrumentation products in line with quality and safety standards. This role contributes to delivering reliable products by following defined processes, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to enhance efficiency. You will be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and safe work practices.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Follow safety guidelines and proactively report any unsafe conditions to maintain a secure workplace.
• Perform assembly, calibration, testing, and verification of products to meet defined specifications.
• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and basic troubleshooting or repairs when required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment in line with operational standards.
• Adhere to quality management processes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Operate machines using appropriate tools and make basic adjustments to ensure quality output.
• Support inventory tracking and maintain spare parts readiness.
• Contribute ideas to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in job rotations and support multiple production tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous improvement and teamwork.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A technical diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification, preferably in instrumentation or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of assembly, testing, or manufacturing processes.
- Ability to follow structured procedures and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in a hands-on production environment.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience or hands-on exposure in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with instrumentation assembly or calibration processes.
- Understanding of continuous improvement practices such as 5S or lean principles.
