Responsibilities:
- Shall have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of the following types of Instruments
- Transmitters (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature)
- Switches (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature)
- Analyzers (pH and Conductivity)
- Vibration Instrumentation (Accelerometers, Velometers, Proximity Probes, Speed Probes, Proximitors)
- Valves (Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Solenoid Valves)
- Valve Accessories (Solenoid Valves, Valve Pneumatic and Electropneumatic Positioners, Pneumatic Relays, Air Regulators and Filters, Lubricators)
- Shall have hands-on experience in the usage of Hand tools
- Shall have hands-on experience in the usage of Test Instruments in calibration, troubleshooting, configuration, and testing of instruments
- Shall have hands-on experience in the removal, installation, and adjustment of vibration probes as per machine requirement
- Shall have the proven competency and experience as required in the relevant Scope of Work
- Shall have basic report-writing skills
- Shall be able to communicate well in written & spoken English.
- Shall have an awareness about safety requirements of working in a Fertilizer Plant
- Shall be well versed with work permit system in large scale process industries
- Shall have an awareness with PPEs used in a Fertilizer Plant
Qualifications:
- TechnicalDiplomainrespectivetrade(12 3years)
- 05 years relevant and hands-on experience in respective trade, in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry and competency.
