- Preparing and Filing Forms : Accurately uses legal terminology and properly prepares and submits legal forms, ensuring formatting compliance of legal documents.
- Legal - Knowledge of Legal and Regulatory Requirements
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements : Keeps current on laws, controls and regulatory requirements framework and structure related to the core functions of DP World and its affiliates.
- Adherence to legal and regulatory requirements : Adheres to legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., reporting mandates, compliance requirements).#LI-RA1
Requirements
- •Knowledge of Law 58, 53 and other relevant laws/policies
- •Ability to conduct interviews with UBOs and employees in charge
- •Strong negotiation and influence skills
- •Ability to prepare non-standard legal documents and executive memoranda
- •Proficiency in legal terminology and form preparation
- •Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements framework
