Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team in generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and maintaining customer relationships. This internship provides hands-on experience in B2B sales, CRM management, lead generation, and sales operations while working with experienced sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers across target industries.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM system. Follow up with potential customers to understand their requirements and nurture leads.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Fresh up to 2 years Experiance
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills
