We are looking for an experienced Innovation Consultant to help drive innovation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will facilitate design thinking workshops, identify business opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative digital solutions and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovation and ideation workshops using design thinking methodologies.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify innovation opportunities.
- Develop and validate digital proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and support creative problem-solving.
- Research market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into innovative solutions.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Design Thinking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in innovation consulting, design thinking, digital transformation, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and innovation frameworks.
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing innovation projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
