Informatica (MDM) Developer - Data Governance (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Informatica (MDM) Developer specializing in Data Governance to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a trusted Talent Acquisition Company, we support clients with top-tier talents to drive their data governance strategies and initiatives effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica tools. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data governance standards and processes are implemented and upheld.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and overseeing product development processes.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation under the guidance of the product manager.
• Execute assigned tasks and activities within the project, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
• Assist in identifying project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
• Support the product manager in communicating project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support product teams in their product decisions using quantitative data to inform the next steps.
• Utilize performance metrics to evaluate if product development is satisfactory and aligned with development plans.
• Conduct desktop research to monitor competitor activities, as well as any price movements and make recommendations that will be used in key decision making.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an Informatica MDM Developer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Informatica MDM, including Hub Console, Data Director, and Data Integration Suite.
• Candidate must be Informatica or MDM certified.
• Candidate must have working experience with Master Data Management tools and technologies.
• Must have practical experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or IDQ.
• Must have strong knowledge of data profiling, data validation, and data integration workflows.
• Experience in data governance, data quality, and master data management concepts.
• Proficiency in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter and related tools.
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and data modeling techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with data security, compliance standards, and governance frameworks.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabia market or working with regional clients is considered a plus.
