We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Importation Admin to join our Commercial team. The role is responsible for managing importation administration, legal and regulatory documentation, customs coordination, and product registration processes to ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations and international trade requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with Commercial, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, Customs Brokers, SFDA, SABER, and relevant government authorities to support smooth import operations and timely approvals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, Law, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in importation administration, customs clearance, regulatory affairs, or trade compliance.
• Good knowledge of Saudi import regulations, customs procedures, HS codes, duties, and compliance processes.
• Experience with SFDA communication, SABER system, and product registration requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications in import/export, customs clearance, or regulatory affairs are preferred.
