Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, with knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing activities.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with various HVAC equipment and systems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedules and company procedures.
- Service and maintain chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, package units, and HVAC control systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals.
- Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding service work and technical findings.
- Follow safety regulations and ensure safe working practices at all times.Required Qualifications & Skills
- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum High School (12th Grade) completion.
- 5–10 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably in commercial and industrial applications.
- Good knowledge of:
- Water-cooled and air-cooled chillers
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
- VRF/VRV systems
- Package units
- HVAC control systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Ability to prepare service reports and communicate effectively with customers.
