Description
Supports the Human Resources Lead in managing daily HR operations within the hotel. This role is responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, staff relations, training coordination, payroll support, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and hotel policies.
The HR Supervisor plays a key role in fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace that reflects IHG's culture of True Hospitality for Good.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Experience
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a luxury or 5-star hotel.
- Previous supervisory experience in Human Resources is preferred.Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team supervision abilities.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- High level of proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Requirements
