Duties and Responsibilities
As Human Resources Supervisor, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Assist in preparing a HR & Training plans for the resort annual based on systematic research and needs analysis.
- Assist with the recruitment and interview processes.
- Coordinate new hire documentation, contracts, and system entries.
- Assist with coordination of new hire orientation and training for new hosts.
- Assist with end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation reviews, internal movements, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Collaborate closely with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Assist with variety of host events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.Qualifications
To execute the position of Human Resources Supervisor, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business, preferably in Human Resources and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Technical skills include advanced MS Office, Outlook platforms.
