InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
⢠Create a positive and engaging workplace culture where colleagues feel inspired and empowered to succeed.
⢠Support and lead the annual colleague engagement calendar, ensuring meaningful actions are implemented.
⢠Coach and guide leaders on HR best practices to strengthen performance, productivity, and team engagement.
⢠Deliver a welcoming onboarding experience that connects new colleagues to our culture, values, and service standards.
⢠Maintain accurate and confidential colleague records in line with company standards and UAE Labour Law.
⢠Build strong relationships with external partners, government entities, and the local community.
⢠Monitor staffing levels and workforce planning to support operational efficiency.
⢠Inspire colleagues to deliver exceptional and memorable guest experiences.
⢠Partner with leaders to continuously elevate service standards and drive a culture of excellence.
⢠Stay connected with hotel operations and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
⢠Promote colleague involvement in community and sustainability initiatives that strengthen the hotelās reputation and culture.Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
⢠Previous Human Resources experience within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment
⢠Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
⢠Passion for people, culture, and colleague engagement
⢠Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
