OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

As an HR Intern, you will provide assistance to our HR department in day to day operations while providing a consistent high standard of administration and non-administration support to the Human Resources Department to support achievement of the business goals and strategies.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Experience:

• Previous Internship preferably in Human Resources or Administrative tasks.

• Hospitality/hotel experience desirable

Role Overview:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, assist with recruitment, employee engagement activities, associate relations, and daily HR operations while ensuring excellent internal service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

• Support recruitment by managing candidate applications and assisting with screenings.

• Assist in employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives.

• Prepare HR documents, reports, welcome letters, and meeting minutes.

• Maintain employee records, notice boards, HR supplies, and databases.

• Support onboarding, housing arrivals, bank account opening, meal coupon administration, and payroll-related documentation.

• Assist employees with general HR requests and administrative procedures.

Requirements:

• Current student, recent graduate, or within one year of graduation.

• Previous HR or administrative internship experience preferred.

• Hospitality industry exposure is an advantage.

• Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
