USA bedding products within Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. Established as a family-owned organization with a legacy tracing back to 1990, we operate a state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah Industrial City. We are dedicated to maintaining premium manufacturing standards and modern sleep technologies.
As we scale our operations and continue to lead the luxury bedding industry, we are seeking a highly competent, strategic, and hands-on Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our workforce development, strengthen organizational compliance, and foster a high-performance workplace culture.
Position Summary
- Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager
- Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Head Office / Production Facility)

- Target Profile: Saudi National, Residing in JeddahKey Responsibilities
• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR plans and strategies that align directly with corporate business milestones in production, retail showrooms, and logistics.
• Compliance & Government Relations: Ensure total organizational compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and the Saudi Labor Law.
• Saudization & Nitaqat Management: Strategically monitor and optimize company Saudization rates, leveraging local employment initiatives such as Hadat (HRDF) and Tamheer to secure top-tier local talent.
• Talent Acquisition & Headhunting: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for factory management, supply chain supervisors, sales executives, and corporate administrative professionals.
• Performance Management: Champion the annual employee evaluation cycle, establish clear KPIs, and map out clear succession planning paths for critical business tracks.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Supervise local payroll computation, end-of-service benefits (EOSB) allocation, corporate HRIS records, and private health insurance programs.
• Employee Relations & Culture: Handle employee grievances, manage conflict resolution, and nurture an inclusive, safe, and motivating organizational culture across our diverse manufacturing and retail teams.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Nationality: Must be a Saudi National.
- Residency: Currently residing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management. Experience working within the consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, or fast-moving supply chain industries is highly desirable.
- Systems Proficiency: Solid experience utilizing modern Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, MHRSD), and localized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) databases like Odoo.
- Languages: Native-level fluency in Arabic with professional-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
