Operating from the regional base in Jeddah, the individual will oversee all corporate integrations with Saudi ministries, manage online regulatory portals, and ensure Sealy Mattress Middle East maintains an exemplary standing across local compliance frameworks.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Government Liaison: Act as the official company representative with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), Jawazat, Ministry of Commerce, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, and the Jeddah Municipality.
• Portal Mastery: Execute, audit, and track corporate transactions flawlessly across all major portals, including Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, Balady, and Mudad.
• Licensing & Compliance: Oversee the proactive renewal of Commercial Registrations (CR), municipal operational permits, civil defense certificates, and company memberships.
• Workforce Formalities: Manage end-to-end processing of employment visas, work permits, Iqama issuance/renewals, exit re-entry permits, and profession changes.
• Saudization Monitoring: Keep a strict watch on Nitaqat ratios and compliance guidelines to safeguard the company's labor status.
🎓 Profile Requirements
- Nationality & Location: Strictly open to Saudi Nationals currently residing in Jeddah.
- Experience: Exactly 6 years of direct experience in the same field as a corporate PRO or Government Relations specialist.
- Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Skills: Native fluency in Arabic with a professional command of corporate English; strong grasp of updated Saudi Labor Laws; possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for fieldwork across Jeddah.
