⢠āManage employment contract issuance, renewals, and approvals.
⢠āProcess Hiring and Termination transactions in Workday.
⢠āKeep a check on the employee during probation and discuss with HRBP if any challenges arise.Oversee probation period tracking, follow-up, and confirmation processes.
⢠āSupervise and oversee End of Service procedures and off boarding of employee
⢠āSupport completion of exit acceptance and related transactions in Workday/HRMS.
āHRIS Management & Reporting
⢠āMaintainaccurateand up-to-date employee records and databases in Workday and mirror on local payroll system, in close coordinationwiththepayrollspecialist.
⢠āGenerate and prepare HR reports, including overtime summaries(in coordination with the payroll), leave management reports, HR dashboards, and ad hoc data requests.
⢠āEnsure data integrity and support system-related troubleshooting.
āHR Policies, Compliance & Documentation
⢠āAssistin drafting, editing, reviewing, and administering HR policies and procedures.
⢠āManage and track Code of Business Conduct (COBC) and Conflict of Interest (COI) declarations.
⢠āMaintain the job description database and ensure documentation is current and consistently formatted.
⢠āProvide support during HR audits and compliance reviews.
āEmployee Related Matters
⢠āServe asan initialcontact point for routine employee queriesregardingpolicies, procedures, and HR processes.
⢠āSupport non-major employee relations investigations by documenting cases, gathering information, and coordinating with the HR Business Partner.
⢠āMaintain confidential employee relations logs and follow-up actions.
āGeneral HR Support
⢠āPrepare andmaintainHR files related to increments, bonus cycles, and documentation collation.
⢠āSupport employee lifecycle updates and related HR operations across departments.
⢠āParticipate in HR initiatives, engagement programs, and process improvement opportunities.
⢠āPartner with GL HRBP in managing different initiatives and transactions with regards to recognition, engagement portal, HR talent management initiatives, or restructures, providing reports, data analysis for different topics. ā
