We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for an HR Coordinator with a passion for people and organization to support our Human Resources team in delivering exceptional employee experiences and day-to-day HR operations.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Supporting daily Human Resources operations and maintaining accurate employee records
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration
- Coordinating employee requests and providing administrative support across HR functions
- Maintaining HR systems and ensuring employee information is up to date
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
- Assisting with compliance with company policies and local labour regulations
What We Need from You:
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- One or more years of experience in Human Resources or HR administration, preferably in a hotel environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English required

Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- •One or more years of experience in Human Resources or HR administration
- •Experience in a hotel environment preferred
- •Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- •Good command of written and spoken English
