The HSE Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting health, safety, and environmental data, preparing reports, and supporting the implementation of HSE programs and initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of HSE regulations and standards.
This position is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE analysis or a related role within the Oil & Energy industry.
• Thorough knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Familiarity with HSE management systems and data analysis software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various departments.
• Certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to different sites as needed.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data to improve workplace safety, environmental performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, preparing compliance reports, developing and delivering training, and collaborating with teams to implement safety initiatives and reduce hazards.
• This role requires a strong understanding of HSE regulations and data analysis to provide insights that support management decisions and promote a safety-first culture.
• EHS analyst provides support in planning, implementation and monitoring of environmental, health, and safety programs and policies to ensure compliance
• Track Environmental, Health and Safety metrics including Ǫuarterly KPIs and PPE Acknowledgement submissions
• Conduct formal and systematic reviews of campus operations and activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Responsible for the accuracy and auditing of all Safety related statistics
• Track safety, health and Environmental audit documents
• Work with affected departments to coordinate, implement and maintain employee /trainee injury prevention strategies and program(s)
• Provide hazard analysis, program customization, training and EHS support to activities within the organization, creative services and scripted television production activities
• Support the maintenance of EHS database of accidents and incidents
• Supports site in achieving EHS targets C objectives
• Track all the HSE related contracts’ submissions
• Organize and track HSE Campaigns
• HSE Records and Files control and managementSkills:

• Relevant degrees such as bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial, Safety, Health, Environmental Science
• Also, certificates in HSE Fields
• Desired experience for HSE analysts includes:
