Job Summary
Support the Human Resources team in daily HR activities, including recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, and general HR administration. The role provides practical exposure to HR processes while supporting the team in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Responsibilities
• Support the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including CV screening, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees and prepare required documents.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and employee data tracking.
• Prepare HR-related reports, trackers, and documents when required.
• Support employee file organization and ensure records are properly maintained.
• Assist in preparing employment letters, forms, and other HR documents.
• Coordinate with employees and managers regarding HR-related requests.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Assist with probation period follow-ups and employee evaluations.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.
• Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma student/recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
