Job Description
We are seeking a fresh graduate to join our HR team as a HR Generalist Intern.
The role will provide support across various HR functions and offer exposure to recruitment and HR operations activities. In this role, you will provide end-to-end HR support across one or multiple countries.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day activities.
- Assist with coordination of HR processes and tasks as required.
- Support recruitment-related and onboarding activities when needed.
- Assist in basic HR documentation and communication tasks.
- Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Fresh graduate.
- Saudi Nationals ONLY.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to apply sound judgement.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
