KBR is looking for HR Services coordinator.
Nationality: Saudi
Responsibilities:
• Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors.
• Manage service requests with vendors (transport companies, housing providers, relocation services).
• Track and follow up on deliveries, shipments, and service contracts.
• Monitor inventory and supplies for HR and office needs.
• Coordinate with procurement for requisitions, purchase orders, and payments related to services.
• Ensure smooth interface between HR, administration, and operational departments.
• Maintain confidential handling of all personnel and company information.
• Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.
• Participates in Safety audits.
• Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled
• Support company events, training sessions, and workshopsQualifications:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
