Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of HR consultants
- Set performance goals and monitor team productivity
- Provide coaching on complex HR cases and client engagements2. HR Consulting & Advisory
- Advise clients or senior management on HR strategies, policies, and best practices
- Lead projects related to organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning
- Support change management initiatives and transformation programs3. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand client needs and tailor HR solutions accordingly
- Present insights, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership4. Project & Program Management
- Oversee multiple HR projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies5. Policy Development & Compliance
- Develop and review HR policies and procedures
- Ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on employment legislation and industry trends6. Data & Reporting
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance)
- Provide data-driven insights to improve organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7ā10+ years of HR experience, including consulting or advisory roles
- 3ā5+ years in a leadership or managerial position
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders
