Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Management

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7–10+ years of HR experience, including consulting or advisory roles
• 3–5+ years in a leadership or managerial position
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders
