TheĀ opportunity
You as a HRBP will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Will play a pivotal role in driving workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring that the workforce is equipped to meet current and future demands. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure seamless integration of recruitment strategies that attract andĀ retainĀ top talent.

⢠Assess and evaluate current headcounts in alignment with business needs and strategicĀ objectives.Ā
⢠Collaborate with department leaders toĀ identifyĀ gaps and forecast future staffing requirements.Ā
⢠Lead and manage organization restructuring initiatives whenĀ requiredĀ to align with strategicĀ business goals.Ā
⢠Ensure accuracy of data within the planning tools, regularly auditing and updating informationĀ as needed.Ā
⢠Develop and track headcount reports.Ā
⢠Develop and implement Saudization Strategy in partnership with the business leaders toĀ achieve the required Saudization target in compliance with Saudi regulations.Ā Ā
⢠Develop and implement targeted recruitment and retention strategies to increase femaleĀ representation across all levels of the organization. This includes creating partnerships withĀ diverse talent pools, promoting inclusive hiring practices, and supporting career developmentĀ programs for women.Ā
⢠Provides recruitment expertise / input to hiring managers / teams andĀ advisesĀ them onĀ recruitment and compensations proposals.Ā
⢠Oversee the implementation of the complete global performance management cycle, ensuring alignment with company standards and timelines. This includes goal setting, midyear reviews, and annual appraisals.
⢠Provide expert coaching and guidance to managers on effective performance managementĀ practices, ensuring they have the tools and skills necessary to evaluate and enhance teamĀ performance.Ā
⢠Conduct thorough talent review sessions to assess employee performance and potential.Ā Ā Collaborate with leadership toĀ identifyĀ high potential employees and create development plansĀ to support their growth.Ā
⢠Ensure robust succession planning is in place byĀ identifyingĀ key roles and potential successors.Ā Ā Work with leadership to develop and implement strategies to prepare employees for futureĀ leadership positions.Ā
⢠Partner with the Learning and Development team to execute training programs that enhanceĀ employee skills and competencies.Ā
⢠Develop and execute strategies to encourage high participation rates in employee engagement surveys.
⢠ Collaborate with department heads and managers to develop and implement action plans basedĀ on survey results. Ensure that these plans address key areas of concern and promote a positiveĀ work environment.Ā
⢠Work to adapt and implement global initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, to fitĀ local contexts and cultural nuances, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the local workĀ environment.Ā
⢠Oversee the annual salary review process, ensuring competitive andĀ equitableĀ compensationĀ practices. Manage off-cycle salary adjustments when necessary to address market changes orĀ individual performance.Ā
⢠ Work on enhancing allowances and special incentives to ensure the organization remainsĀ competitive in attracting andĀ retainingĀ topĀ talent.Ā
⢠You willĀ be responsible forĀ ensuring compliance with applicable external and internalĀ regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Ā

⢠ Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
⢠ Proven 7 yearsā experience in HR and 3 years as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
⢠Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
⢠Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
⢠Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, with a focus on localization and Saudizationrequirements.
⢠Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
⢠Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language is required.
