The hotel offers 304 spacious rooms including 4 club floors and 36 luxurious suites. Each room is designed to meet the needs and the expectations of the modern traveler. From sophisticated dining experiences to a taste of traditional romance, InterContinental® Bahrain offers its guest new tastes and unique gourmet treats. With a wide selection of dining options ranging from international, Italian, steakhouse and lounges, InterContinental® Bahrain promises to delight your palate.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet luxury standards.

• Conduct room inspections to maintain quality, cleanliness, and brand compliance.

• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping attendants to achieve operational excellence.

• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and cleaning procedures.

• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Support inventory control and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.

What we need from you

• At least 2-year experience working in a 5-star hotel industry in a Housekeeping environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Attention to details

• Flexible attitude to shifts – you may be required to work nights, weekends and/or holidays

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera
