Housekeeping Supervisor - Holiday Inn and Suites Dubai Science Park

We’re searching for a Housekeeping Supervisor to support our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service throughout our hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a genuinely memorable stay.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Supervising and supporting the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleaning and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas.
• Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Assisting with the daily allocation of work, monitoring productivity, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Handling guest requests and resolving housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Training, coaching, and motivating team members while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitoring housekeeping supplies, linen, and amenities, reporting shortages, and assisting with inventory control.
• Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, health and safety regulations, and cleanliness procedures.
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects and supporting the team during peak occupancy periods as required.
• Reporting maintenance issues and coordinating with the Engineering team to ensure guest rooms and facilities remain in excellent condition.What We Need from You:

• High school diploma / secondary education / equivalent plus at least one year of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.What you can expect from us:
