Apt Resources is seeking a highly professional and discreet Housekeeping Manager to oversee the upkeep and organization of a VIP private family residence in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Responsibilities
• Manage and lead all housekeeping activities within the private family residence, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and order throughout the property.
• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff, ensuring efficiency and high standards of performance.
• Coordinate with other household staff and vendors to ensure seamless operations and address any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Maintain inventory of household supplies, manage procurement and budget control with discretion and attention to quality.
• Implement and uphold privacy, confidentiality, and security protocols appropriate for a VIP household.
• Plan and execute deep cleaning projects and seasonal household preparations as required.
• Adapt to the family’s lifestyle, preferences, and schedule, providing exceptional service and anticipating needs proactively.Requirements
• Proven experience managing housekeeping operations within high-profile private residences or luxury estates.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and staff members efficiently.

Salary: AED 25,000 (live-out position) + other benefits as per UAE labor law.
