We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and experienced Female House Assistant (Arabic Speaker) to oversee the full management of a private household in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, culturally aware, and capable of managing staff, vendors, and household operations with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily household operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise domestic staff (maids, drivers, nannies, chefs, etc.).
• Create staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular household inspections to maintain high standards.
• Oversee procurement of groceries, supplies, and household items.
• Assist in planning family events and gatherings.
• Coordinate hospitality arrangements for guests.
• Ensure VIP-level service standards when required.
• Handle bill payments and service renewals.
• Liaise with property management if applicable.Requirements
• Fluent in Arabic (native or near-native); English proficiency required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a House Manager or similar role in private households.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Valid UAE residency or transferable visa preferred.Preferred Qualifications
• Hospitality background (hotel management or luxury service experience).
• Experience managing high-net-worth households.
• First aid certification is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).Benefits
- Salary : Up to AED 7,000 per month

Requirements
