Hotel Cleanliness Expert - Laundry Attendant

POSITION SUMMARY

Support the Laundry Department in delivering exceptional luxury service by ensuring all hotel linens, uniforms, and guest garments are processed efficiently and maintained to the highest quality standards. The Laundry Attendant is responsible for sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding, and distributing laundry items while adhering to The hotel brand standards, safety procedures, and brand quality expectations. This role contributes to creating memorable experiences for guests through attention to detail, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Environment Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
