Are you friendly, well-presented, and passionate about creating a warm dining experience? We are looking for a Hostess / Host who will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, ensuring guests feel comfortable, valued, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables in a professional manner.
• Managing reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
• Coordinating closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and basic service recovery with courtesy.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the reception and entrance areas.
• Providing accurate information about menus, promotions, and restaurant offerings.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and communicating feedback to the team.
• Assisting with guest departures and thanking them for their visit.
• Ensuring adherence to service standards, grooming, and brand guidelines.
What we need from you:
• Previous experience as a Hostess / Host, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality.
• Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy service periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements
