As a Host Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our hosts and providing them with exceptional support and assistance.
In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new hosts, answering their inquiries, and providing them with guidance and resources to optimize their hosting experience. You will also act as a mediator in resolving any issues or conflicts between hosts and guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all parties involved.

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our hosts, being their main point of contact.
• Onboard new hosts and provide support in setting up their listings and managing their profiles.
• Respond to host inquiries and provide guidance and resources.
• Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts or issues between hosts and guests.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in host relations. Requirements
• Bachelor's/Diploma degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
