Hospitality & Retail Services Coordinator - Saudi Arabia

Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition company, is seeking an experienced Hospitality & Retail Services Coordinator. The Hospitality & Retail Coordinator supports the effective coordination and execution of daily operations across hospitality, retail, and catering services. This role involves managing service quality, ensuring compliance with safety and contractual standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The coordinator works closely with service providers, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver seamless operations and implement service improvements.

• Coordinate daily operations for hospitality, retail, and catering services to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support the execution of marketing and promotional strategies for retail outlets and catering services.
• Assist in developing and implementing plans for retail merchandising, catering menus, and service enhancements.
• Liaise with service providers to maintain high standards in hospitality, retail, and catering operations.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all service areas.
• Assist in preparing and managing service contracts and lease agreements for retail and catering vendors.
• Organize and support community events, pop-up shops, and catering services to enrich the KAUST experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of retail, hospitality, and catering facilities to ensure quality and compliance.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate retail and catering services for the university.
• Manage inventory tracking and stock level optimization for retail and catering supplies.
• Assist in budget monitoring and cost control for hospitality, retail, and catering operations.
• Provide operational support for future retail and hospitality developments. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant operational experience in hospitality, retail, or catering industries with experience in HSE.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Customer service orientation with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Financial and contract management understanding.
