Heavy Equipment Trainer / Assessor

Eram Talent is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Heavy Equipment Trainer / Assessor to join our dynamic team. The Assessor is responsible for the development, implementation, reporting and analysis of all certifications as assigned. He/She will be a part of the Certification Team the HE Assessor will ensure that the written/performance sections of the certifications are developed and maintained as per the company policy for the following disciplines; Rigging, Crane Operator and Heavy Equipment Operator (Backhoe- Bulldozer- Forklift- Grader- Wheel loader- Skid loader- Backhoe loader- Sideboom Telehandler… etc)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the following assessments to make sure about the operator’s competency:
- Heavy Equipment assessment (Backhoe- Bulldozer- Forklift- Grader- Wheel loader- Skid loader- Backhoe loader- Sideboom Telehandler… etc).
- Crane assessment.
- Rigger assessment.
• Assist to develop written and practical assessments in their field of expertise.
• Ensure that all assessments are completed efficiently and professionally.
• Complete the analysis of all assessments.
• Take on Mentoring responsibilities as required.
• Assist with QA Audits.
• Assist with Policy and Procedural reviews and development.
• Uphold the companies HE Certifications Unit Policy.Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Proven experience in training or assessment roles, preferably in the heavy equipment or construction industry.
• Experience in training areas such as Backhoe- Bulldozer- Forklift- Wheel loader- Backhoe loader, cranes etc
• Valid certifications and licenses for operating heavy machinery.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and operational procedures related to heavy equipment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback to trainees.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
