Lead and operationalize quality, patient safety, governance, and compliance practices across assigned clinics to ensure sustained regulatory readiness, risk mitigation, and consistent delivery of safe, standardized care. The role acts as the frontline governance and quality authority, translating corporate standards and regulatory requirements into effective operational controls and measurable performance outcomes.
Accountabilities
Risk management
• Own and maintain clinic-level risk registers, ensuring systematic identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of clinical and operational risks.
• Lead investigation and analysis of incidents, near misses, and adverse events, including facilitation of RCA/RCA2 and validation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor effectiveness of risk controls and escalate high-risk or recurring issues through defined governance channels.
• Ensure risk data is accurately captured, trended, and used to support leadership decisions and preventive actionGovernance
• Act as a key governance representative at clinic level, ensuring adherence to approved governance frameworks, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.
• Support implementation of corporate quality governance structures through committee participation, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.
• Ensure governance findings, risks, and improvement actions are tracked, closed, and communicated effectively to leadership.Compliance
• Ensure ongoing compliance with MOH, CBAHI, and other applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Execute structured internal audits and compliance assessments to identify gaps before regulatory exposure.
• Monitor corrective action implementation and verify sustained compliance through follow-up audits and reviews.Standardization (policies and procedures)
• Drive documentation, review, and implementation of policies, procedures, and work instructions for underdeveloped, high-risk, or non-standardized processes.
• Ensure clinic-level processes are aligned with approved corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor staff adherence to approved policies and procedures and address deviations through education and corrective action.Healthcare accreditation
• Coordinate continuous accreditation readiness activities to ensure clinics remain survey-ready at all times.
• Lead mock surveys, tracer activities, and internal assessments, translating findings into structured improvement plans.
• Support regulatory and accreditation surveys by coordinating documentation, evidence submission, and post-survey action plans.Quality analytics & KPIs
• Monitor, validate, and analyze quality indicators and KPIs to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and regulatory alignment.
• Identify trends, gaps, and performance risks, translating data into actionable insights for clinic and corporate leadership.
• Support departments in defining improvement priorities based on quality performance data.Mystery guests
• Coordinate and oversee mystery guest programs as tools to assess patient experience, service consistency, and compliance with expected standards.
• Analyze mystery guest findings, identify systemic issues, and ensure improvement actions are implemented and monitored.
• Integrate mystery guest outcomes with quality, patient safety, and experience improvement initiatives.Patient safety
• Promote a strong patient safety culture, encouraging reporting, transparency, and learning.
• Ensure implementation and monitoring of IPSGs and patient safety practices across clinics.
• Translate patient safety data and incident trends into preventive system-level improvements and staff awareness initiatives.The employee’s duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on business need.

Job Requirement
Education
• BSc Degree Healthcare Specialty is preferable (Medical, Dental, Pharmaceutical, Nursing, LAB., Science)
• Healthcare Quality Certification: CPHQ is preferable, or MQM, or TQMD in Healthcare are preferable, additional (CPPS, CPHRM) is a plus
Experience
• At least 2 Years of Experience in healthcare quality in a healthcare organization.
Computer Skills
• MS Office Suite
Languages
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Arabic
