Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Health Club Attendant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the health club, gym, pool, and surrounding areas while delivering excellent guest service.
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the health club, gym, pool, and changing areas
- Ensure safe use of gym equipment and monitor pool safety at all times
- Supervise pool area and enforce safety rules and regulations
- Set up and arrange pool deck, sunbeds, towels, and fitness areas
- Provide towels, amenities, and assist guests with requests
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Monitor guest activities and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist in emergency situations when required and follow safety procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a gym, hotel health club, or pool environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of pool safety and gym equipment
- Lifeguard certification where applicable
- Good communication and guest service skills
- Physically fit and able to work in active indoor/outdoor environments
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Requirements
- •Previous experience in a gym, hotel health club, or pool environment preferred
