Head - Service Partnership Integration

The team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place – airside and landside – to meet demand. As our airports are the world’s busiest, it’s fast-paced and a real challenge. They see that the operational plan is followed, and issues are dealt with across terminals, regular operations, incidents and crisis handling. The operation has to be industry-leading, and it always is.

What you'll deliver

• You’ll lead AOCC service partner relationships, government liaison, customer engagement, and collaborative project delivery through effective agreements and stakeholder coordination.

• You’ll build AOCC capability by leading training, onboarding, process integration, system adoption, and change enablement across people, systems, and facilities.

• You’ll manage AOCC operational risk and resilience by reducing risk exposure, maintaining business continuity plans, and aligning service partner readiness across DXB and DWC.

• You’ll oversee AOCC systems, data integrity, technology coordination, billing accuracy, and asset management to ensure reliable and compliant operations.

• You’ll lead end‑to‑end airport operations on shift, managing daily delivery, disruptions, incidents, and emergency responses in coordination with all service partners.

• You’ll manage AOCC facilities, engineering coordination, readiness, resilience, and security compliance for primary and backup AOCC environments.

What you bring

• You will be educated to a bachelor’s degree level specialized in Business Administration, engineering or a related field.

• You will have 7 – 10 years of relevant experience.

• You should have experience across airport operations and systems, stakeholder management, airline processes and data, with strong capability in AODB, fixed resource management systems, and MS Office tools.
