About This Role

Compliance Built Into the Machine: own the proof point that governance can be embedded directly into an AI-native operating model, not bolted on to satisfy investors.

Architect of the “ISO Agent”: translate ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 clauses into structured, automatable logic our engineering team can build into always-on agents — moving from periodic audits to continuous, real-time conformance.

Global Standards Owner: champion standards and governance at leadership level, building a framework that flexes across every jurisdiction as we scale toward 50+ markets.

What You'll Do

Lead ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 27001 (Information Security) implementation end-to-end — gap analysis, risk framework, documentation and controls, internal audit cycles, management review and continual improvement.

Partner with our Agentic AI engineering team to turn ISO requirements into automated workflows that pull evidence, monitor controls and flag non-conformities directly from systems such as Monday.com, Git/CI-CD and HR platforms.

Move Janus beyond point-in-time certification cycles toward continuous compliance, monitored daily by AI agents, with humans reviewing exceptions rather than chasing evidence.

Scale governance across new markets, standing up in-country compliance champions and adapting the core framework to local regimes (e.g. UAE PDPL, Singapore frameworks, GDPR).

Extend the standards portfolio as needed — including ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 22301, SOC 2 and equivalents — to support assurance for institutional clients.

Own external relationships with certification and accreditation bodies where formal certification is required.

What We Are Looking For

8+ years leading ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 implementation and certification, including at least one greenfield build inside a high-growth technology, SaaS or fintech environment.

ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification (or equivalent).

A track record operating compliance programs across multiple countries or legal entities simultaneously.

Direct experience introducing automation or AI-driven tooling into compliance work — continuous control monitoring, automated evidence collection, GRC platforms — and genuine comfort partnering with engineers.

Energised by building something from scratch inside a fast-scaling, resource-lean organisation,

Nice to Have

Exposure to ISO/IEC 42001 (AI Management Systems) or other emerging AI-governance frameworks.

Experience on both sides of the audit table, including time at a certification or accreditation body.

Additional standards: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST CSF.

Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks relevant to our markets (UAE PDPL, Singapore data/financial frameworks, GDPR, DORA).

The mandate to build a first-of-its-kind embedded compliance model, not inherit and maintain an existing one.

A seat at the table as standards champion, working directly with executive leadership and the Agentic AI engineering team.
