This includes managing a diverse marketing team, overseeing digital marketing strategies, optimizing our content marketing efforts, and driving lead generation initiatives. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth and marketing strategies that align with Ailoo's business goals.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring accountability and performance against KPIs.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to shape marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
• Oversee customer acquisition channels including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to launch new products and refine existing offerings.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the tech or startup industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies that generate measurable business results.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Benefits
