About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Global Platforms to lead and oversee all platform partnerships globally. This leadership role will be responsible for defining the platform partnership strategy, building strong relationships with key social media platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat, and driving collaborative initiatives that promote growth and innovation in the creator economy.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing high-level partnerships, excellent strategic thinking capabilities, and a passion for the digital content ecosystem. As Head of Global Platforms, you will spearhead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to maximize platform opportunities and ensure the successful execution of initiatives aligned with our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Partnership Management
• Develop and implement a comprehensive global platforms partnership strategy aligned with Creators HQ’s goals.
• Lead negotiations and relationship management with major social media platforms globally.
• Monitor platform ecosystem trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with programming, marketing, creator relations, and operations teams to integrate platform partnerships seamlessly.
• Drive cross-departmental initiatives that leverage platform collaborations.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate partnership success.
• Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Use data-driven approaches to optimize platform engagement and performance.Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
• 7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or senior leadership within digital media, social platforms, or the creator economy.
• Proven track record managing relationships with major social media platforms.
• Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
