• Build and develop high-performing global teams and leadership capability.
• Act as a key liaison between headquarters and international offices.
Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field.
• 12–18+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or senior leadership roles.
• Strong experience in managing multi-country or global operations.
• Background in consulting, professional services, or large-scale organizations is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in managing distributed teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and operational excellence capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of organizational governance and business expansion.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
