• Define the AML & CTF standards and ensure implementation of local procedures
▪ Contribute to the development and roll out of strategic initiatives, working with project leadership, managers and other team
members to better ensure efficiency and reduce compliance risks
▪ Assist in developing compliance initiatives and programs to comply with the respective legal, licensing and regulatory obligations
▪ Support in handling the management and execution of monitoring and assessment program for Anti-Money Laundering/CounterTerrorism Financing (AML/CTF)
▪ Strive to develop, improve and maintain AML/CTF policies and procedures
▪ Identify and cascade any changes related to legislation and other regulatory requirements relating to AML/CTF
▪ Offer regular assistance and oversee the work performed by the Investigation team – as the first line monitors and investigators of
suspicious activity
▪ Ensure consistent and timely feedback on cases that have been escalated
▪ Ensure to perform accurate CDD/EDD as cases investigation requires
▪ Review FIU STR to ensure accuracy and completeness as per FIU requirements before submitting
▪ Develop and participate in compliance programs and initiatives
▪ Provide relevant compliance reporting to ensure the completion and proper analysis of suspicious activity reports that have been
conducted
▪ Ensure detailed and prompt investigation of all AML/CTF incidents and cases
▪ Maintain a proper register of all STR reported to the FIU
▪ Perform ongoing/ad hoc sampling of AML/CFT team work to ensure compliance with the company’s procedures and regulations
▪ Oversee and implement an ongoing AML training program for other employees
▪ Provide ongoing assistance, hands-on support and on-the-job training to AML/CFT team
▪ Work directly with Head of Financial Crimes to identify and escalate issues that represent ML/TF risks
▪ Maintain good relationship with regulatory and law enforcement bodies, SAMA/FIU
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent studiesThe education levels can be replaced by years of experience
Experience: Eight (8) to twelve (12) years of experience in a similar roleSkills: Computer Skills: Advanced in Microsoft Office Tools
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
Advanced knowledge of compliance and regulations

Requirements
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
- •Eight (8) to twelve (12) years of experience in a similar role
- •Advanced knowledge of compliance and regulations
- •Fluent in English and Arabic
