Responsible for leading Digital Transformation, Strategy and Governance. This role will have Key areas of focus as below:
- Develop a bird’s eye view of the different journeys in the transformation space
- Provide governance across all digital initiatives across The Wholesale Digital Studio including NeoX by preventing duplication
- NeoX Portfolio Leadership
- To provide digital transformation, governance, and strategy oversight for NeoX (launched Dec’ 2025), encompassing Open Finance, Digital Assets, Channel Analytics, and FinTech Collaborations; accountable for end‑to‑end portfolio prioritization, funding strategy, budget control, benefits realization, and executive‑level progress oversight across all NeoX programs.
- Re-define the operating model within Wholesale Digital Studio & NeoX portfolio
- Build a Digitally Driven and Transformed Organization
- Ensure budget adherence, adoption of agile & scaled agile principles across the various squads in Wholesale Digital Studio
- Support the evolution of the Wholesale Bank Innovation Lab and Intrapreneur program
Key objective is to ensure we are constantly re-imagining the corporate banking space to remain relevant in the future. Close interaction expected, with coverage teams, channel and product partners in synergizing customer journeys and experience through our corporate online portal as well as other touch points.
This role would require building and executing strategic initiatives to drive transformation along these pillars:
- Next Generation Offerings within Advanced Analytics
- Disruptive Coverage across Wholesale Bank
- Customer Journeys in DOB and KYC
- New Approach to Technology
- Agility and Collaboration
- Culture of Innovation

NeoVentures Strategic & Governance Leadership
Provides strategic direction, digital transformation leadership, and governance oversight for NeoVentures, aligning venture priorities with Wholesale Banking and Group digital strategy to accelerate innovation‑led growth.
- Venture Portfolio Oversight & Value Realization
- Oversees the NeoVentures portfolio across incubation, partnerships, and scale‑up initiatives; accountable for investment governance, budget oversight, milestone tracking, risk management, and value realization, ensuring disciplined execution and strategic fit.
- Ecosystem & Commercial Enablement
- Shapes and governs FinTech, platform, and ecosystem partnerships within NeoVentures, establishing operating models, decision frameworks, and performance metrics to transition ventures from concept to commercially viable, scalable businesses.
Requirements
- •Experience in leading digital transformation and strategy
- •Ability to provide governance across multiple digital initiatives
- •Experience in portfolio leadership and prioritization
- •Knowledge of Open Finance, Digital Assets, and FinTech collaborations
- •Proficiency in budget control and funding strategy
- •Understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile principles
- •Ability to re-define operating models within a digital studio
