Role Overview
The Hard Services Team Leader is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and rectification of all facilities and technical services, including but not limited to:
• Electrical systems
• HVAC-R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)
• Plumbing & drainage
• Kitchen equipment
• Irrigation & landscaping
• Storm water, potable water & gas systems
• Firefighting & suppression systems
• Civil worksYou will be in charge of an assigned shift, leading teams on-site and ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise the shift across all hard services operations
• Manage on-duty service providers, including Site Engineers, Team Leaders, Technicians, and external Contractors
• Conduct regular inspections of plant rooms and public areas, raising tasks to resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate closely with Assistant Managers and act as a substitute during their absence
• Support colleagues with guidance during PM activities or repair works
• Respond to maintenance requests from various departments
• Ensure all Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules are assigned and completed as per standards
• Prepare and manage OPEX Purchase Requisitions based on operational needs
• Monitor night shift operations, ongoing projects, and service provider PM works
• Escalate any critical issues or abnormalities involving colleagues or equipment to Assistant ManagersQualifications, Experience & Skills
Essential
• Facilities Management experience in a hospitality or theme park environment, covering full MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) including civil works
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance (hospitality or theme park industry)
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC-R/BMS, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Civil & Landscaping systems
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of local and international facilities regulations and standards
• Flexibility to work night shiftsDesirable
• 4+ years’ maintenance experience in hospitality or theme park operations
• High School Diploma, Trade Certificate/License, or related Diploma
• Knowledge of Maximo

Requirements
