• In charge of all grouting operations onboard the vessel and job site. Reports to the Field Engineer and Barge Superintendent.
• Responsible to operate RCM mixing and jet mixer pump
• Full responsibility over Grout Riggers, Grouting Operators and Grout Supervisor assigned for the project.
• In charge of issuing his subordinates with the safety gears required for the job and control the supply of these gears.
• In charge of applying approved procedure in line with client specification.
• Responsible for all grouting equipment and spares. Should ensure that back-up spares like hoses, fittings, etc. are available at all times.
• In charge of his crew i.e. safety, production and quality.
• Conducting tool box meeting with grouting crew and promote safety awareness among them.
• Coordinate with plant work shop regarding the maintenance work or modification required to be carried-out on the grouting equipments.
Requirements
- •Operate RCM mixing and jet mixer pump
- •Manage Grout Riggers, Grouting Operators, and Grout Supervisor
- •Issue safety gears and control supply
- •Apply approved procedures in line with client specifications
- •Ensure availability of back-up spares
- •Conduct tool box meetings and promote safety awareness
- •Coordinate with workshop for equipment maintenance/modification
