ā¢ In charge of all grouting operations onboard the vessel and job site. Reports to the Field Engineer and Barge Superintendent.
ā¢ Responsible to operate RCM mixing and jet mixer pump
ā¢ Full responsibility over Grout Riggers, Grouting Operators and Grout Supervisor assigned for the project.
ā¢ In charge of issuing his subordinates with the safety gears required for the job and control the supply of these gears.
ā¢ In charge of applying approved procedure in line with client specification.
ā¢ Responsible for all grouting equipment and spares. Should ensure that back-up spares like hoses, fittings, etc. are available at all times.
ā¢ In charge of his crew i.e. safety, production and quality.
ā¢ Conducting tool box meeting with grouting crew and promote safety awareness among them.
ā¢ Coordinate with plant work shop regarding the maintenance work or modification required to be carried-out on the grouting equipments.
Requirements
- ā¢Operate RCM mixing and jet mixer pump

- ā¢Apply approved procedures in line with client specification
- ā¢Coordinate maintenance with workshop
