Key Responsibilities of the role
Preparing all graphic designs and audio
visual material Receiving and assisting in the processing of all audio-visual requests related to all the activities Updating the company or organization’s website and social media networks with graphics and multimedia. Preparing of all audio-visual materials in the facility preparing marketing materials, building print layouts, providing creative input, developing and designing logos and images, and developing designs for promotional tools. Laminating, binding and photocopying of educational materials Designing, developing, completing and distributing of all printed material as communicated by Graphic Designer/ Multimedia Officer meeting with clients to establish their needs, using design software to complete projects and revising projects based on client feedback.
Reporting Keeping records on all graphic designing activities as communicated by Graphic Designer / Multimedia Officer
Contributing to team effort Responsible for updating the company or organization’s website and social media networks with graphics and multimedia. Participating in all team efforts as required Collaborating with other members of the team to carry out work smoothly Promoting effective communication strategies within the team and maintaining interdepartmental liaison

Complying with Policies, Procedures
and Practices of the SEHA facilities and
other regulatory requirements Complying consistently with facility policies, procedures and practices and ensuring alignment with SEHA facilities policies Completing and maintaining regulatory requirements including licensure and certification and other mandatory training within established time frames
Maintaining Confidentiality Maintaining confidentiality with regards to any information exchanged or received in the current capacity of role in accordance with facility policy
Promoting Customer Service standards
Assuming the role of a brand ambassador for the facility and promoting a customer focused philosophy in dealing with any stakeholders Maintaining positive and effective working relationships within the department/division and also with other departments/sections within the facility Performing any other duties as may be assigned relevant to the basic responsibilities of the role

Safety, Materials Management and
Maintenance standards Adhering to requirements of the Occupational Health and safety guidelines and infection control guidelines Understanding and adhering to emergency preparedness plans/policies
Ensuring Personal Effectiveness Recognizing the necessity of continuously developing skills and acquiring additional knowledge appropriate to the position Dressing appropriately to meet the expectations of the specific work area and in alignment with the Occupational Health and Safety policies Building key partnerships within the organization for pursuing client-centered, comprehensive, integrated systems of care Complying with any regulations related to mentoring, training, development of UAE nationals staff
Qualifications, Certifications and Experience
Qualifications Required: A Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Interior Design, or in any other relevant or equivalent discipline. High School Desired: Diploma in relevant field
Specialist Certifications Required: Understand the usage of different software for Graphic Designing as Adobe, Premier and Adobe Illustrator Desired: N/A
Experience Required in addition to the Qualifications mentioned above (Relevant to the Job) Required: Several years of professional experience in graphic design, or Interior Design, or in any other relevant or equivalent Desired: Experience in a large healthcare facility
Additional Requirements
/ Remarks Required: Proficiency in English language MS Office and computer proficiency Time management Skills Desired: Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Arabic Language
