Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and marketing materials that strengthen our brand identity, support promotional campaigns, and enhance guest engagement across digital and print platforms.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and other departments, you will bring creative ideas to life while ensuring all visual communications are aligned with the company's brand standards and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative marketing materials for both digital and print channels, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, menus, presentations, and advertisements.
• Create engaging visual content for websites, email campaigns, digital screens, and social media platforms.
• Produce and edit high-quality graphics, photography, illustrations, and promotional videos.
• Ensure all creative assets are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and other departments to develop creative concepts that support business objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day creative requirements and other marketing initiatives as needed.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout design, branding, and digital content.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.What We Offer
