About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our Retail team and help shape exceptional guest experiences across the Miral estate. In this role, you will design innovative, multi‑category retail products, signage, and packaging that bring our attractions and IPs to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a wide range of consumer products across multiple retail categories.
• Create high-quality visual mockups, digital drawings, and print-ready artwork for product development.
• Conduct market and trend research to generate innovative product and packaging concepts.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand, attraction, and IP guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact product designs.
• Research materials, production processes, and techniques to enhance product quality.
• Maintain strong communication and follow-up with internal teams and external partners.Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in product design.
• Experience with multi-brand and multi-category retail is a must.
• Strong knowledge of working with licenses and IPs.
• Experience designing for brands within the GCC region.Desirable

• Master’s Degree in Design.
• 10+ years of experience in design.Knowledge & Skills

Essential

• Proficiency in CAD programs.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and/or Sketch.
• Experience working with licensed properties and established brand guidelines.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with change.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of production processes and computer-based design tools.Desirable
