The Role
Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to support the Marketing team across the Middle East & Africa region.
This role will be responsible for the development, management, and evolution of visual assets across all marketing and communication channels, enabling the business to scale its content and campaigns effectively.
The position will play a critical role in strengthening in-house design capability, reducing reliance on external agencies, and ensuring consistent, high-quality brand execution across markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Creation & Development
- Develop high-quality visual assets across digital and print formats, including:
- Campaign creatives
- Marketing collateral
- Presentations and sales toolkits
- Event and internal communication materials
- Translate business and marketing briefs into compelling, brand-aligned designs
- Ensure all assets reflect Cigna’s visual identity and brand guidelines
2. Sales & Product Collateral Management and Updates
- Support the creation, updating, and localization of Sales and Product collateral across markets
- Work closely with key marketing team members to ensure all public-facing content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of collateral, including:
- Updates driven by product changes and regulatory requirements
- Version control and governance across markets
- Support development and maintenance of a centralized collateral and design library
3. Social Media & Digital Content Support
- Develop engaging social media content, including:
- Static visuals
- Short-form video and motion graphics
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support campaign rollouts with timely creative assets
- Gradually transition key social media design work from external agencies in-house
4. AI-Enabled Design & Innovation
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to enhance:
- Speed and efficiency of output
- Creative ideation and variation
- Content scalability across markets
- Continuously explore new tools and approaches to modernize design production
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including:
- Marketing
- Sales and Client Management
- Product and leadership teams
- Translate complex briefs into clear and effective visual outputs
- Deliver assets within agreed timelines, managing multiple priorities effectively
6. Brand Governance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure consistency in:
- Brand identity
- Visual standards
- Messaging alignment across all materials
- Review and refine assets to maintain high-quality output
