Why This Role Matters

This role supports the organization’s Emiratisation goals by ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, and development of UAE National employees. By managing applicant databases, coordinating interviews, facilitating onboarding, and tracking training, the role helps attract, integrate, and retain top local talent, directly contributing to the company’s long-term talent strategy and growth.

What You'll Drive

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving Emiratisation hiring targets.

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for UAE National candidates.

• Maintain and update the database of UAE National applicants.

• Support participation in career fairs, university engagement activities, and other recruitment initiatives.

• Assist with onboarding formalities for new hires, including documentation and system updates.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of UAE Nationals.

• Address and escalate queries related to UAE National employment matters.

• Support initiatives aimed at employee engagement and retention of UAE Nationals.

• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to assign mandatory and developmental training courses.

• Track training completion and maintain accurate training records.

Qualifications

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Communicate effectively in Arabic and English.

• Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently.

• Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
