Graduate Electrical Engineer (UAE National) - Site based

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This site-based position offers an excellent opportunity for a UAE National to kickstart their career in electrical engineering and gain hands-on experience in various projects across the emirate.

• Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
• Conduct site visits to assess electrical requirements and gather data for project planning
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement electrical solutions
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards
• Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
• Support the team in troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing corrective actions
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and progress reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
• UAE National Family Book
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices
• Familiarity with electrical design software such as AutoCAD and ETAP
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
• Basic project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal English
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Willingness to work on various sites in Dubai and potentially other emirates
• Internships or co-op experiences in electrical engineering are a plus
