Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Permit & Licensing: Process, renew, and track all government permits and licenses (national and local levels).
⢠TAMM Platform Management: Handle daily tasks on the TAMM portal, including vehicle title transfers and related follow-ups.
⢠Facilities Management: Oversee maintenance, security, and vendor coordination at all branches, hubs, and head office.
⢠Bank Loan Documentation: Prepare and manage loan paperwork for financed vehicle purchases; liaise with banks to ensure timely disbursement and documentation accuracy.
⢠General Administration: Support any other admin tasks tied to Kayishhaās operations, from records management to office supplies and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
⢠Bachelorās degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
⢠2+ yearsā experience in government relations, licensing, or a similar admin role in Saudi Arabia.
⢠Familiarity with the TAMM platform and Saudi vehicle registration processes.
⢠Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
⢠Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
⢠Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
