Golf - Equipment Operator 11

The Golf Equipment Operator at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various golf course machinery and equipment. This role supports the maintenance team in keeping the golf course in top condition by handling equipment such as mowers, sprayers, and other specialized tools. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards while operating machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate golf course machinery including mowers, tractors, sprayers, and other equipment to assist with course maintenance.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure machinery is in good working order.
• Report any malfunctions or damages promptly to the maintenance supervisor or mechanic.
• Assist in the application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other turf treatments as directed and following safety protocols.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures when operating equipment and handling chemicals.
• Collaborate effectively with the groundskeeping team to execute maintenance schedules efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.Requirements

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in operating golf course or heavy machinery is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in operating various types of golf course equipment. Basic mechanical knowledge for routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical stamina to handle manual tasks associated with equipment operation.
